Summer Music Camp 2023!

THE MPS SUMMER MUSIC CAMP is back for another great summer of music!
Our camp has been running for over 16 years and is a great experience for our new and current musicians in grades 5 through 8!

CAMP SCHEDULE:

8:30 Arrival to Edison Middle School
8:30-11:30 Camp sessions, rehearsals and activities
11:30-12:00 Lunch for all campers in the Edison cafeteria
12:00 Pick-up at Edison Main Entrance

Reminders:

Dress comfortably
Bring your instrument if you have one at home. Instruments will be provided to anyone who needs one

The Meriden Public Schools will be hosting our annual summer music program for students entering grades 5 through 8. Here are the details!

July 10-21, 2023
Two sessions (students are welcome to take one or both sessions)
$35 for one session or $50 for both sessions!
Staffed by certified public school music teachers
Free meal included
Camp takes place at the new Edison Middle School Music Department
Open to MPS students entering grades 5 through 8.
Band, Choral and Orchestra ensembles offered
Other great music experiences offered as well!

8:30-12:00 (Monday through Friday)

Once registered, details and permission form will be provided to parents via ParentSquare. Please ensure that you are receiving ParentSquare communications from your school. This information will come out several weeks before camp begins.
